We understand your busy schedule and will do anything we can to lessen the demands on your time. That’s why we provide local delivery to your home or office. Larrimor’s can also ship anywhere in the United States.

Store to Door

One call is all it takes to bring one of our expert sales associates and a selection of styles to your home or office at your convenience, and at no extra cost. Individual or group appointments are available so that you can shop on your schedule.

Gift Cards

A Larrimor’s gift card is the gift that always fits! They are available for purchase in any denomination, in the store or over the phone. Can’t make it to Pittsburgh? Give us a ring: We’ll wrap the gift card and ship it to the lucky recipient on your behalf.

Closet Consultations

Take us up on a complimentary closet consult: One of our associates will visit your home to inventory your closet and suggest new items that round out your existing collection. A tailor can also be there for on-the-spot adjustments and repairs. We’ll even deliver no-longer-needed garments to a local charity for you.

For your convenience, they will preselect pieces to meet your needs and place the garments in a private fitting room. Our experienced world-class tailors refine the fit so each piece feels custom-made just for you. We also offer tailoring and alterations on items purchased outside of Larrimor’s for a fee.

Does Larrimor’s offer personal shopping or private appointments?

Yes. You may schedule a private appointment with a Larrimor’s style advisor. They preselect pieces based on your preferences and place them in a private fitting room so items will be ready to try on upon your arrival. Once they get to know you and learn your style, they can continue recommending new styles that match your aesthetics and wardrobe.

Can Larrimor’s deliver or ship purchases?

Larrimor’s offers local delivery to your home or office in the Pittsburgh area and ships nationwide USPS ground. If you’d like to ship faster, you can for a fee. Whether you shop in-store or remotely, your items will be delivered quickly and securely.

What is the Larrimor’s Store-to-Door service?

Store-to-Door brings a curated selection of clothing directly to your home or office. A personal stylist will arrive with a selection of styles, hand picked to complement your unique taste. You can book individual or group appointments based on your schedule, at no additional cost.

Does Larrimor’s provide closet cleaning in Pittsburgh?

Yes. A complimentary closet consultation and cleaning is available for our local clients. Your sales associate will come to your home and review your wardrobe. We will then recommend what you might delete or donate and suggest pieces to add. We can also alter pieces in your closet that need to be tweaked for a fee; and also arrange donation drop-offs for any items you no longer need.

I have loose buttons on a sport coat. Can you fix these for me?

Of course. Larrimor’s is happy to re-attach or tighten buttons on any article of clothing regardless of where it was purchased, at no charge.

What is the return policy at Larrimor’s?

Larrimor’s offers a flexible return policy to ensure you're happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can bring it back within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

Where should I park in downtown Pittsburgh if I want to shop at Larrimor’s in person?

Larrimor’s validates parking at 3 PNC Plaza Garage, Oliver Garage and K&L Gates building, all are just steps away from the store.

Once at Larrimor's, you will receive a parking validation ticket. Take it, with your original parking ticket to the garage's pay station. Insert the garage's parking ticket first, followed by the validation ticket. You will then get your parking ticket back which is needed to exit the garage.

Can I bring my pet and children to the store?

Larrimor’s welcomes the entire family, including well behaved pets.

What if I get thirsty when shopping at the store?

Larrimor’s is happy to provide you with bottled water, coffee, tea, wine or cocktails.

If I purchase a gift at Larrimor’s, can you wrap it for me?

Larrimor’s offers complimentary gift wrap for holidays, your special occasions and for every day. You focus on choosing the perfect gift and we’ll do the rest!

Does Larrimor’s have gift cards?

Yes! Larrimor’s has both virtual and physical gift cards. Perfect for the picky person that wants to choose their own gift. Gift cards are available in any denomination. You may order a Larrimor’s virtual gift card online that can be sent digitally to yourself or the recipient. If you prefer a physical gift card, call us or come in to the store to purchase. We can wrap a physical gift card and ship it on your behalf to the recipient.
